Arrest Warent Against Luna Developer

South Korean authorities are on the hunt for Do Kwon, the South Korean developer of the TerraUSD and Luna cryptocurrencies. Last Wednesday, the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors Office issued an arrest warrant for Kwon and five others who worked for the cryptocurrencies and Terraform Labs. They have reportedly asked Interpol to issue a “red notice” that would allow member countries to arrest Kwon pending extradition if he is in those countries. Investors accused Kwon of defrauding them by promoting the coins and connecting their value to the U.S. dollar.
