Hurricane Fiona made landfall in Puerto Rico on Sunday and has caused catastrophic flooding in the island. The whole of Puerto Rico is facing major power outrage as the Hurricane has left the whole island completely in the dark. The unrelenting rain and terrifying flash floods on Monday, forced harrowing home rescues and made it difficult for the power crews to reach many parts of the island.
