Former MCA president Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik described his long-time friend and colleague, the late Tun S. Samy Vellu as a man of many talents and a great sense of humour.
He said when met during the former MIC president’s wake on Friday (Sept 16).
Meanwhile, MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong who was also present, said the former works minister was also someone who listened to those from all walks of life.
