Family grieve Josh Kerr, Aboriginal man who died in Port Phillip Prison, as coronial inquest begins

An inquest into an Aboriginal death in custody has been told 32 year old Josh Kerr was heavily under the influence of methamphetamine when he died at Port Phillip prison last month. The coroner was told it took eight minutes after the alarm was raised, for emergency services to begin treating him. Josh Kerr's family has given the ABC permission to use his name and image.
