On the night of August 31, 1997, a serious car accident occurred in Paris, in which Lady Diana lost her life. With her in the car were her boyfriend Dodi Al-Fayed, the driver of the car Henri Paul and bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones. The latter was the only one to survive the car accident.
