Some safety concerns were never acted upon in desert race

A coronial inquest into the death of a spectator at a famous off-road motorsport event in 2021 in Central Australia is continuing today. The court has heard damning evidence from a race steward who prepared a report at the previous event in 2019 raising serious safety and operational concerns some of which were never acted upon.
