UC Berkeley ditches Ann Coulter speech over safety concerns

The University of California-Berkeley canceled a speech by conservative author Ann Coulter amid security concerns. The institution, which is known for its legacy of free speech, said that they were unable to find a safe venue for the event. Despite the administration's decision, Coulter vowed to speak on campus on Thursday. "Yes, it was officially banned...But they can't stop me. I'm an American. I have constitutional rights," Coulter told Hollywood Reporter
