NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is meeting in Brussels with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Aljbin Kurti.
The separate meetings of the first man of the North Atlantic Alliance with Vučić and Kurti in the Belgian capital are a sort of prelude to the continuation of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, after a one-year break, but also the tensions that marked the decision of the Kosovo authorities to re-register vehicles from Kosovo cities that bear plates issued in Serbia.
