At the request of the Federal Chancellor and the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, the German-Dutch climate cabinet will meet in the Federal Chancellery today. A joint press conference will follow.
The focus of the climate cabinet is cooperation in the areas of renewable energies (off-shore and hydrogen), an exchange on political priorities with a view to "Fit for 55", the climate club and COP27, and a transfer of climate policy experience.
