: "I recorded the video with 2 people in the background from my window in St. James Town, Toronto. The police arrived quickly and sorted it out. The way I noticed this was happening was by a loud bang. What happened was she threw a chair out. I didn’t catch it on camera, but I heard it loudly and saw remains on the floor. She got arrested shortly after."
