The vegan scene in LA was so amazing that I had to share about it!!
Last year, my daughter and I went to LA for a few days and I was pleasantly surprised at the number of options that were available for me to eat. So when we went again this year for a week, I discovered way more than I ever imagined there would be!!
Vegan sub shops, dessert shops, grocery stores, Indian, Mexican, burgers, pizza, and breakfast/brunch joints...there were so many options that there wasn't enough time to experience it all.
The experience opened my world (and my stomach) even more because I'm able to explore the possibilities not only when I go out to eat, but also in my kitchen. Y'all know I love to cook. So to see that it is possible to make these foods at home is also a learning experience for me.
