In the early 90s, cinema halls were completely shut in Kashmir and since then there has not been any place for entertainment for people. Now, Kashmir will soon get its first multiplex in Srinagar. The construction for multiplex is in full swing. The multiplex is designed by INOX and has a seating capacity of 520 people. The new multiplex will have three cinema halls. The multiplex will have food courts and entertainment facilities for children. The main aim of this multiplex is to entertain people, especially the youngsters of Kashmir. The multiplex will generate employment opportunities in Srinagar. The multiplex will be thrown open to the public in September this year.
