Hostage situation ends after gunman allowed access to his money in Lebanese bank

A hostage situation at the Federal Bank of Lebanon branch in Beirut on Aug 11 ended after more than six hours. Authorities finally bowed to the gunman’s demand for access to the money he had in his bank account.
