Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi on August 03 took a swipe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and said that he is a 'part-time and irresponsible’ politician.
Speaking to ANI, Joshi said, “Rahul Gandhi believes that unrestrained demonstrations are his right. He feels that exhibiting innocence is his right. Discussions done on price rise, reply made, but he roams around. He doesn't know anything. He is a part-time irresponsible politician.”
