KJ: No criminal records for those caught smoking

There will be no criminal record for those aged from 2007 onwards if caught smoking, says Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.
He said the violators under the proposed Tobacco and Smoking Control Bill 2022 will only be issued compounds instead.
