Why is the UK asking refugees to leave?

The UK government introduced a UK-Rwanda asylum policy under the “economic development partnership” in April this year. Refugees in the UK will have to leave the country and move to Rwanda. The United Kingdom government is going to pay £120 million to Rwanda for the cost of housing and integration of the asylum seekers.
