Some parts of the National Capital witnesses heavy rain on Sunday afternoon which brought some degree of relief. The city witnessed water-logging and traffic congestion in many areas post the rainfall. The onset of monsoon in the area brought a much-needed respite from the heatwaves that Delhiites witnessed this summer.
