The committee had banned the entry of the sanctum sanctorum due to overcrowding of devotees. Devotees were having darshan of Baba Kedar from the meeting pavilion itself.

केदार बाबा के भक्त अब गर्भगृह में भी प्रवेश कर दर्शन कर सकेंगे। बदरीनाथ-केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति ने गर्भगृह में प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध हटा दिया है। समिति ने भक्तों की भीड़ उमड़ने से गर्भगृह में प्रवेश पर रोक लगा दी थी। श्रद्धालु सभा मंडप से ही बाबा केदार के दर्शन कर रहे थे।
