The election for the post of Vice President has been announced in the country. While releasing the information in this regard, the Election Commission said that the elections for the post of Vice President will be held on 6th August. The counting of votes will also be done on the same day. According to the Election Commission, candidates will be able to nominate for this post till July 19. Let us tell you that the tenure of the current Vice President of the country, Venkaiah Naidu is ending on August 10.

देश में उपराष्ट्रपति पद के चुनाव की घोषणा हो गई है। निर्वाचन आयोग ने इस संबंध में सूचना जारी करते हुए बताया, कि उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए चुनाव 6 अगस्त को करवाए जाएंगे। इसी दिन मतगणना भी की जाएगी। चुनाव आयोग के मुताबिक इस पद के लिये उम्मीदवार 19 जुलाई तक नामांकन कर पाएंगे। आपको बता दें, कि देश के वर्तमान उप राष्ट्रपति वेंकैया नायडू का कार्यकाल 10 अगस्त को समाप्त हो रहा है।
