Shiv Sena Rebellion: The Supreme Court has served notice to Deputy Speaker Narhari Jirwal on the petition of rebel Shiv Sena MLAs and asked how the Deputy Speaker rejected it without placing it in the House when the rebel MLAs had given notice of no confidence against him.
