Hydro Tasmania will soon offer its employees 15 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of whether they're a primary or secondary carer. The industry-led scheme is being welcomed by Mums and Dads who know how tough the first few months are for new parents. But workplace experts say other businesses may need to follow suit, before it becomes a case of paid leave 'have and have nots'.
