Bank agents will no longer be able to harass customers for loan recovery. Reserve Bank Governor Shaktikanta Das today said that loan recovery agents misbehave with people, which is absolutely not acceptable. He said that loan recovery agents call the borrowers at any time and misbehave with them, which is unacceptable.

बैंक के एजेंट अब कर्ज वसूली के लिए ग्राहकों को परेशान नहीं कर सकेंगे. रिजर्व बैंक के गवर्नर शक्तिकांत दास ने आज कहा कि लोन रिकवरी एजेंट लोगों के साथ गलत व्यवहार करते हैं, जो कतई स्वीकार्य नहीं है. उन्होंने कहा कि कर्जदारों को लोन रिकवरी एजेंट किसी भी समय फोन कर देते हैं और उनके साथ गलत व्यवहार करते हैं, जो कि अनएक्सेप्टेबल है
