Heavy Rain And Melting Snow Cause Historic Flooding In Yellowstone, Montana

Yellowstone National Park has been witnessing dangerous flooding. As reported by CNN, the National Park announced that it would remain closed for visitors at least through June 15 due to flooding. A dramatic video, now viral on social media, shows a large waterfront house in Gardiner, Montana, collapsing into the Yellowstone River. As per a CNN report, rainfall and rapid snowmelt combined to produce up to three-quarters of a foot of water runoff. Several roads and bridges are inaccessible. On June 14, Greg Gianforte, Montana Governor, declared a statewide disaster. Watch the video to know more.
