Wigan Falklands ceremony

The Mayor of Wigan Coun Marie Morgan, leader of Wigan Council David Molyneux and the Mayor's consort Coun Clive Morgan, at the ceremony commemorating the 40th anniversary of the end of the Falklands War. The event was led by the Mayor's consort and veteran who served in the Falklands Coun Clive Morgan, with a two-minutes silence and the Falklands flag flies in Believe Square, Wigan.
