Tokyo Paralympics 2020: Pakistani Athlete Haider Ali made the whole nation proud as he won the gold medal at Tokyo 2021 Paralympic Games. However, he is the first Pakistani sportsperson who became a gold medalist in any competition of Paralympic Games. His 55.26m throw in the Men’s Discus Throw Competition made him the winner. Previously, he also won the silver medal in the discus throw at the World Para-Athletics Championship 2019.
