2 murders in 24 hours, terrorists targeting non-Kashmiris

Terrorists have carried out 2 incidents of target killing in Jammu and Kashmir within 24 hours. Yesterday a bank manager was killed by a terrorist and within a few hours, a laborer named Dilkhush was killed. Dilkhush was a resident of Bihar. This incident has once again raised a question about the security of minorities in the valley.
