There is a spurt in violence in the Jammu-Kashmir valley in recent days. Jihadi squads are out to kill innocent non-Kashmiri civilians. ISI and terror groups prepared a plan to bleed India. They decided on maximum target killings in Kashmir. A street vendor and a laborer were shot dead in Kashmir on Saturday. Both civilians were non-locals.
