This is my latest fav cookie to make, this lotus biscoff skillet cookie is so quick to make, it is also so irresistible !
I like the soft and gooey texture of this giant chocolate cookie. No need to shape them in small size, you just need one good quality cast iron skillet, and you're good to go!
This chocolate chunk skillet cookie is also such a great dessert, best served with ice cream on top, here I'm using my espresso ice cream, which is divine!
Who can resist this warm cookie with amazing ice cream on top? Oh, I cant!
How to make chocolate lotus biscoff cookies recipe,
you'll need :
75 gr unsalted butter
15 gr brown sugar
50 gr sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
120 gr flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
80 gr dark chocolate
