MP Panchayat Chunav: CM shivraj बोले OBC reservation को दाखिल होगी review petition | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Supreme Court on Tuesday expressed displeasure over the lack of panchayat and municipal elections in MP for three years. The Supreme Court said that it is the constitutional responsibility of the government to conduct elections in 5 years. Issue notification in 15 days. The court clearly said that reservation cannot be obtained by fulfilling the conditions fixed for OBC reservation.

एमपी में तीन साल से पंचायत और नगर निगम चुनाव नहीं होने पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को नाराजगी जाहिर की. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि 5 साल में चुनाव करवाना सरकार की संवैधानिक जिम्मेदारी है. 15 दिन में अधिसूचना जारी करें. कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि ओबीसी आरक्षण के लिए तय शर्तों को पूरा किए आरक्षण नहीं मिल सकता.
