பல நகரங்களிலும் வன்முறை பரவியதால் பற்றி எரிகிறது இலங்கை. ராமாயணத்தில் அன்று ராவண ராஜ்ஜியத்திற்கு எதிராக அனுமன் வைத்த நெருப்பில் சாம்பலானது போல இப்பொழுதும் பல நகரங்கள் பற்றி எரிகின்றன. நாடு முழுவதும் ஊரடங்கு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டு, ராணுவம் குவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனால் இலங்கையில் அசாதாரண சூழல் நிலவி வருகிறது.

Sri Lanka is on fire about the spread of violence in many cities. Many cities are still burning like ashes in the fire that Hanuman set against the kingdom of Ravana on that day in the Ramayana. Curfews have been imposed across the country and the army has been mobilized. Thus an extraordinary situation is prevailing in Sri Lanka.
