A steel fence now surrounds the Supreme Court, installed Wednesday night amidst continued protests over the leaked SCOTUS decision that may overturn Roe v Wade.
Shorter barricades were initially put up around the building Tuesday, before being replaced by this larger fence a day later. Concrete barricade reinforcements were also brought in Thursday afternoon.
Protests over the Monday leak of a draft decision in the pending Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organization have taken place daily around the country, as supporters and opponents of access to abortion demonstrate over the pending ruling.
