Rather, you-we and all such people who are associated with some institution or are working under someone, all such people come in the category of personnel or labor.

"मैं मजदूर मुझे देवों की धरती से क्या, अगणित बार धरा पर मैनें स्वर्ग बनाए"... मजदूर, ये नाम ज़ुबां पर आते ही, ज़हन में जो तस्वीर उभरती है वो होती है एक ऐसे इंसान की, जो सिर पर बोझा लादे, मैले से कपड़े पहने, बेनूर सी सूरत वाला और पसीने से लथपथ, कड़ी मशक्कत करने वाला होता है। लेकिन नहीं दोस्तों मजदूर यही नहीं है। बल्कि आप-हम और ऐसे तमाम लोग जो किसी ना किसी संस्थान ने जुड़े हों, या किसी के अंडर काम कर रहे हों ऐसे सभी लोग कार्मिक या लेबर की ही श्रेणी में आते हैं।
