Coal Power crisis: India’s power sector are likely to get worse as highest power demands and rising heat wave are putting pressure on thermal power plants with low coal shortage. From the heat wave to depleted capacity, and technical snags to coal shortage, states are facing multiple problems in meeting increased demand for power across states including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh and the Union Territory of J&K.

Coal crisis: कोयले की कमी (Coal Crisis) को लेकर संकट गहराता जा रहा है। दिल्ली सरकार (Delhi Government) ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली (NCR Power Crisis) में मेट्रो ट्रेन (Delhi Metro) और अस्पतालों सहित महत्वपूर्ण प्रतिष्ठानों को बिजली सप्लाई में बाधा आने को लेकर बड़ी चेतावनी दी है। भीषण गर्मी और कोयले की कमी के चलते इस वक्त देश के 13 राज्य बिजली संकट का सामना कर रहे हैं। जिसमें उत्तर प्रदेश, दिल्ली, राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश, पंजाब, हरियाणा, उत्तराखंड, बिहार, झारखंड, महाराष्ट्र, गुजरात, कर्नाटक और आंध्र प्रदेश शामिल हैं। इस संकट के बीच दिल्ली सरकार ने केंद्र से कोयले की सप्लाई सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पत्र लिखा है।
