In a horrifying incident in Patna, Bihar, a woman fell into an open manhole while talking on the phone. The incident was caught on the camera and the video of the same went viral on social media. The incident took place at Malia Mahadev Jalla Road under Ward-56 where a sewer vent, which was seven to eight feet deep, was left open.
