There has been a major administrative reshuffle in Maharashtra. The state government has transferred 40 senior police officers. The name of Nashik Police Commissioner Deepak Pandey is also included in this list. Deepak Pandey's name came in the discussion regarding loudspeaker controversy. When he ordered a ban on any religious hymns and songs on loudspeakers 15 minutes before and after azaan within a radius of 100 meters of mosques in Nashik.

महाराष्ट्र में बड़ा प्रशासनिक फेरबदल हुआ है. राज्य सरकार ने 40 सीनियर पुलिस अफसरों का तबादला कर दिया है. इसी लिस्ट में नासिक पुलिस के कमिश्नर दीपक पांडेय का भी नाम शामल है.दीपक पांडेय का नाम लाउडस्पीकर विवाद को लेकर चर्चा में आया. जब उन्होंने नासिक के मस्जिदों के 100 मीटर के दायरे में अजान से 15 मिनट पहले और बाद में लाउडस्पीकर पर किसी भी तरह के धार्मिक भजन और गाने पर पांबदी लगाने का आदेश दिया था.
