Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma has said that he has a good rapport with Congress MLAs of Assam, adding that nine to ten Congress leaders will vote for the Bharatiya Janata Party if another round of Rajya Sabha Elections is held. CM Sarma said that the Congress party has no future in the state of Assam and also in a pan-India context. He highlighted that many Congress leaders of Assam had expressed their desire to join the BJP.
