The Supreme Court has stayed the high court's decision in the case of jauhar university land. The ADM's order on the land of Jauhar University was held correct by the High Court. The ADM had found the acquisition on the remaining 450 acres, except 12.5 acres, wrong. Azam Khan had challenged the high court's decision in the Supreme Court.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जौहर यूनिवर्सिटी की जमीन के मामले में हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है. जौहर यूनिवर्सिटी की जमीन पर एडीएम के आदेश को हाईकोर्ट ने सही माना था. एडीएम ने 12.5 एकड़ छोड़कर बाकी 450 एकड़ पर अधिग्रहण को गलत पाया था. आजम खान ने हाई कोर्ट के फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी.
