Alleged gang leader “Nicky” Liow Soon Hee has been charged after more than a year on the run.

Nicky is facing 26 charges under Section 4 bracket 1 of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities
Act 2001.

This is after Nicky turned himself in at the Bukit Aman Commercial Crimes Investigation Department’s headquarters along Jalan Tun Razak yesterday morning.
