SC में EC ने कहा-पार्टियों के फ्री गिफ्ट देने के वादे पर रोक नहीं लगा सकते | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Expressing its helplessness in the matter of giving free things by political parties to woo the public during the elections, the Election Commission has said that it cannot stop such promises. During the hearing in the Supreme Court, The Election Commission (EC) said that giving free gifts before or after elections is a policy decision of a political party. He cannot control the policies of the state and the decisions taken by the parties.

चुनाव के दौरान राजनीतिक दलों की तरफ से जनता को लुभाने के लिए फ्री चीजें देने के मामले में Election Commission ने अपनी बेबसी जताते हुए कहा है कि वो ऐसे वायदों पर रोक नही लगा सकता। Supreme Court में सुनवाई के दौरान Election Commission (EC) ने कहा कि चुनाव से पहले या बाद में मुफ्त उपहार देना एक राजनीतिक दल का नीतिगत फैसला है. वह राज्य की नीतियों और पार्टियों द्वारा लिए गए फैसलों को नियंत्रित नहीं कर सकता है.
