Pakistan's New Prime Minister to be elected on Monday

Shehbaz Sharif, the Leader of the Opposition in Pakistan’s National Assembly, is widely expected to replace Imran Khan as the country’s prime minister after the current government was ousted by 174 votes for the no-trust motion against Imran Khan. The Pakistan National Assembly met after midnight, the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, after high-octane drama. As per sources, the election for the New Prime Minister will be done in the national assembly meeting on Monday. Watch this video.
