The rain has eased in NSW over the past 24 hours, but there is still flooding happening and emergency crews have carried out dozens of rescues across Sydney. Major flooding is expected today at north Richmond on Sydney's northern fringe and at Wallacia below Warragamba dam in Sydney's west.
