While a temple at Shivamogga banned Muslim vendors from setting up shops at the temple fair, in Bengaluru some temples still welcome Muslim vendors to be around. However, at Madiwala, Basavanagudi and Malleswaram, the sentiment is against Muslim vendors. Some have already barred their vocation.
