Travel on the National Highway is going to be expensive from 12 o'clock tonight. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has increased the rate of toll tax from April, 2022 to March 31, 2023, increasing the toll tax from Rs 10 to 65. For small vehicles, it has been increased by Rs 10 to 15 while for commercial vehicles by Rs 65. Drivers will now have to pay toll tax at an increased rate from April 1 at 11 toll plazas on various national highways passing through Punjab.

National Highway पर सफर आज रात 12 बजे से महंगा होने वाला है. National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) ने अप्रैल, 2022 से 31 मार्च 2023 के लिए टोल टैक्स की दर में किया है, टोल टैक्स में 10 से 65 रुपये तक की बढ़ोतरी की है. छोटे वाहनों के लिए 10 से 15 रुपये जबकि कामर्शियल वाहनों के लिए 65 रुपये तक की बढ़ोतरी की गई है.पंजाब से होकर गुजरने वाले विभिन्न नेशनल हाईवे पर अब 11 टोल प्लाजा पर वाहन चालकों को एक अप्रैल से बढ़ी हुई दर से टोल टैक्स का भुगतान करना होगा।
