Recent calls from the Federal government to consider a tax on baby formula milk have certainly caught the attention.17% GST to be imposed on infant formula milk, which is currently being subjected to no GST. Federal Govt imposed a 17% tax on formula milk that is opposing the PM Imran Khan Welfare initiative for health facilities for newborn babies and mothers. Locally made formula milk tax increased however these are the most affordable product in comparison to imported products.
