Dharmendra Pradhan: Maharashtra govt may change its mind, hope for Nanar refinery project revival

There is a hope for revival of the Nanar refinery project as the Maharashtra government seems to be changing its mind about the project in Konkan region, said Union Minister for Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Dharmendra Pradhan, at an event in Mumbai on Sunday.
