What are Biden's plan A and plan B for Russia?

Russia has claimed that the first phase of its "military operation" in Ukraine was mostly complete, and that it would focus on completely "liberating" eastern Ukraine's Donbas region. US President Joe Biden, on the other hand, traveled to southeastern Poland where he met with US troops and aid workers assisting refugees.
