CNN reports that the conservatorship Bynes has been under for the past nine years was ended by Ventura County Judge Roger Lund on March 22.
The conservatorship is no longer needed or required, and therefore the petition for termination is granted, Judge Roger Lund, via CNN.
The former child star's mother, Lynne Bynes, had been acting as conservator.
Lynne reportedly didn't object to
terminating the conservatorship.
