10th December is International Human Rights Day, and as we look back on the year, 2020 has proven to be a challenging for human rights in particular. The Covid-19 health crisis had curtailed a wide range of basic human rights, but it was our management of the pandemic that was used to justify many violations, especially for the already marginalised.
