Insurance nightmare for thousands of flood victims

Thousands of people have been experiencing the heartbreak of seeing their properties and possessions lost during the floods of the past couple of weeks. CEO of the Insurance Council of Australia, Andrew Hall, says around one hundred thousand claims have already been made.
