Is Ukraine using its citizens as shields against Russia?

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday conducted a ceasefire in Mariupol, a city in Donetsk. During this the Human Corridor was built. Through this, the people trapped there were evacuated. But, Russia has now claimed that it called for a ceasefire in Mariupol for the second day on Sunday. The safe passage is given in the ceasefire. Earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia responded promptly to Kyiv's request to open the Human Corridor. Also announced a ceasefire for safe passage.
